Grizzly two up conversion
Well I got my Grizzly not long ago and started making it suit my needs. One of them being I wanted my wife to comfortably be able to join me on rides, and rear storage was needed. I got a Motovan seat box, and Kimpex Fender Protectors w/ pegs. This arrangement is comfortable for her and me, and the pegs fold up when I ride solo. The whole set up cost me about $310 all said and done, and is very nice.
My little buddy may be looking for a new way to get out of the house for a while.

I believe the law in California is that you can ride double ONLY if the vehicle was factory designed to carry 2.
So....if the ATV was made that way, like the Can-Am....then you can. For stability, stock 2 seaters...are longer wheelbase.

We do....I'd never take any chances with her on with me, as I'd feel horrible if something happened to her. I tell her to get off if we come to anything even remotely challenging, and have her walk past the obstacle. We trail cruise when doubled up.
I do appreciate the concern though...Well taken.

Doesn't hurt when your passenger is 105...wet.

Well, changes have come....The Motovan box is not up to my expectations by far....Kimpex has a seat box I picked up today that is of much higher quality, has a 1 gallon gas can in the back of it, and a tail/ brake light as well.
The Motovan lids did not line up well, lock well, or seal water out well. I lucked out and have a riding buddy that basically needs a seat for his daughter, and is buying it off of me.
I'll post pics of the new one when I get it set up. BTW, I am also adding highlifter Overload springs on all four corners as well. Just to reduce the sag, and to add to the stability. Hopefully I get it all on to ride this weekend.
