has any one on here ever been to knoxville ohv area in lower lake ca
looks nice on riders planet from what i can see and you can camp there
any info would be great maybe we can get a trip together and go exploring is only about 40 miles from my house if i am reading it right

i have been there a few times, not any real "difficult" trails but there are a ton of different trails out there and it is hard to get lost i highly suggest picking up a map or printing one out. do your self a favor and go on a cooler day because it gets VERY HOT out there in the middle of summer, if you dont get bored with easy to moderate trails and enjoy checking out trails you have never been on then its worth the drive out there. be sure to check out red elephant mine trail, you will only get to see a fraction of the trails in a day there are so many.
