Now the bad part. Let me first say not a single ounce of this was Bryan at BC-OffRoad's fault...this is all ITP, or whoever the vendor the wheels and tires came from. Bryan is working hard to make thing right for me and I really appreciate him. All the stuff that came from him directly was perfect.
I found this today...it is one of the front wheels...
Weird. Turns out these bolts are PURELY decorational and are not threaded in, but rather are press fit. Of course, my big concern is how long they are going to last on a trail quad. As I said, Bryan is working on how we will fix.
On top of that, the two fronts came yesterday, and ONE rear came today. I pulled the tracking number off the one rear, and the other rear is not expected to arrive until MONDAY!!! Then, to top it all off, the fronts are mounted blackwall and the one rear is mounted white wall.
Moral of the story, Bryan's service is awesome, but the vendor that ships the tires is pretty unorganized.

Thats too bad about the tires and wheels. Maybe brown will come through and deliver early so you can try them out this weekend. I guess we'll see exactly how well ITP stands behind their wheels now. I love those skid plates. How much do they weigh? The Tamarack Low Profile front box is on my wish list.

Winch install. I got it finished but it got dark and I was tired so I will take final pics tomorrow. Suzuki rocks...the have a pre installed tube to run the wire through. They also have pre drilled holes for the relay!!! Thumbsup Suzuki!
I will post more tomorrow. Hope to get the skids and wheels on tomorrow.

Yep, just want to make sure it's snug on the bottom. I've heard if you bore holes in the top of that airbox it helps with performance tooKeith Strong wrote:Got started on my install tonight as well. Uni air filter...is it normal for it to not seat all the way like shown?

Keith if you pull the rear rack off you'll be able to lift that inner tub high enough to get the bolts in. Put the bolts in from the bottom so they don't extend down into anything vital

Doesn't the water come flooding in too?

The intake sits below this so water will come in there first, also there is a reservoir area below where the filter sits. Any accumulation gets caught there and you would have to flood the airbox for there to be a problem
