stripped entire quad of plastic cleaned every thing up almost looks right off show room floor. took all plugs apart clean reconnected. no broke burned striped wires any where and yet it's still running good for a while then like crap. i'm at a lost now cause without plastic there's no where for heat...

hi all been awhile since been on. poor sp 800 still sittin blown up no luck fightin with polaris to get it fix so now i'm looking for a big bore kit. any one know of any? figure if i'm going to spend money to fix why not make it better.
