CV Joint Grease

I bought the Polaris boot kit that came w/30g of grease, but I had to completely clean the joint out, and the manual says and additional 30g. Do I need the polaris grease, or is there a substitue?

Damn Yankee; 1. Are you rubbing on the Body fender or the black fender ext? 2. What air pressure are you running? I find that I can get almost 27 1/2" tall out of my 26" XTR's if I run the pressure up to 6 to 7 PSI. You can get higher spring rate springs for the front. I got 700 springs for my 500H...

Fender Rub

Hey guys..... just received a set of 26" ITP XTR's on Delta rims. LOVE THE TIRES, but get pretty serious rubbing on the front fenders when pushing it hard. You guys just live with it, or increase clearence somehow?

Hope no one minds.... posted the address on ATV connection. Someone said a buddy broke a frame riding in the backyard. I felt obligated to share what really has to take place in order to bust a Polaris.

No problems..... The important thing is everything kewl with Dan. I started looking at my own design over the weekend after installing a winch and work lights. Time is short over here on the east coast as well, so chances are Dan will be done with the home remolding project before I finalize the des...

Any word from Dan? Any chance he's willing to build a couple of sets for us. Plans/Drawings perhaps? Starting from scatch sucks, and it would appear even for the early style its a pretty good design.

I agree completely. Too much oil shows very quickly, I guess like anything else, moderation is best. Been using K&N for cost reduction, not really for HP gains

I did see something here about some modifications/extentions for the ones you're running...................really be interested, as "beaver stumps" have claimed two of my wells. BTW, if you didn't get my E-mail, quite possible Dan didn't either.

I ran a K&N on my 02' Duramax with nothing but great results. Plan on changing over the 06' when 15k comes up. I run them on all the Harley's. I like em'......just my 2 cents.
